Teens from 12 and up, and lighter riders. Its compact frame and small wheels suit smaller riders best.
2. How much weight can it carry?
The manufacturer rates it to 120 kg, but it's most comfortable for teens and lighter riders. Taller or heavier? The K1 Cruiser may suit you better.
3. How far can it go on one charge?
About 32–40 km, depending on rider weight, hills, wind and speed.
4. How long does it take to charge?
About 5–6 hours from a normal wall socket, using the charger that comes with it.
5. What is beginner mode?
For the first 10 km, top speed is limited to about 19 km/h so new riders can build confidence. After that, you can unlock up to 30 km/h in the app.
6. What warranty do I get?
A 1-year full warranty. If anything goes wrong in your first year, we sort it out.
7. Is delivery free?

8. Can I ride it in the rain?
It's IP54 splash resistant, so light splashes are fine, but avoid heavy rain and deep puddles, and store it indoors.
